Goldbdt Terms & Conditions – Everything clear in Bangla

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the goldbdt platform and all its services. goldbdt is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and goldbdt. If you disagree with any of the terms below, please do not use the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the country or region where you are located.
• You must register using accurate and complete information.
• You are playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
• By using the platform, you confirm that you are not part of any professional or organised betting syndicate.

2. Account Rules

Each individual is permitted only one account on goldbdt. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be suspended.

• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• The registered mobile number must be active and belong to you personally.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. goldbdt is not liable for any losses resulting from sharing your password.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.
• To update any personal information, you must submit a request through the support team.

Goldbdt reserves the right to verify, suspend, or close any account if irregularities or fraudulent activity are suspected. Advance notice may not always be provided in such cases.

3. KYC & Identity Verification Mandatory

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before making any withdrawal on goldbdt. This process is conducted in compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

For KYC verification, you will need to submit clear front and back photos of any one of the following documents:

• National ID (NID) – the most widely accepted and commonly used document
• Valid Passport
• Driver's License (with photo)

KYC is typically completed within 6–24 hours. Additional documents may be requested in certain cases. Once KYC is complete, you will not need to go through the process again unless your details change.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Goldbdt supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer for deposits and withdrawals. Individual limits apply to each payment method.

• Minimum deposit: ৳ 200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: determined by payment method and account type
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered mobile number or bank account
• Withdrawals to Third-Party Accounts Are Not Permitted

Deposits are typically credited within 2–5 minutes. Withdrawals for KYC-verified members are generally processed within 15–30 minutes. goldbdt does not charge any additional fees on payments, though your bank or mobile operator may apply their own charges.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers at goldbdt come with specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus means you agree to the applicable terms.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement – check it before claiming.
• Funds in the bonus wallet cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been completed.
• One bonus code applies per deposit.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time frame.
• Any unused bonus expires automatically at the end of its validity period.

Goldbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, goldbdt may suspend the account in question.

6. Betting Rules

Before participating in Sports Betting or any other betting markets on goldbdt, please familiarise yourself with the following rules.

• Bets generally cannot be cancelled once placed. However, in certain circumstances — such as event cancellation — a bet void may be considered.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the original stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, goldbdt reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing conflicting bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• In live betting, any disconnection means the bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed.
• Maximum bet limits are set per game and market, and goldbdt may adjust them at any time.

7. Casino Game Terms

The following terms apply to Live Casino, slots, and all other casino games.

• All casino games are operated through verified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or live dealers.
• Game rules are detailed under the information icon (i) on each game.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the round result will be confirmed at a later time.
• Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Some slots games may require a specific bet amount to trigger bonus rounds or special features.

Goldbdt reserves the right to add new games or remove existing ones. Some games may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.

8. Prohibited Activities Strict

The following activities are strictly prohibited on goldbdt. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain unfair advantages.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors for unfair advantage.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Attempting to carry out cyberattacks or hacking against goldbdt's systems.

If suspicious activity is detected, goldbdt will take immediate action and, where applicable, notify the relevant legal authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

Goldbdt prioritises responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a source of fun, not addiction.

• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account.
• Members can set their own deposit and betting limits.
• You can take a temporary break of 7, 14, or 30 days.
• A permanent self-exclusion option is always available.

• The Bangla version of the terms is the authoritative text. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bangla version prevails.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in full effect.
• Goldbdt's failure to act on any matter shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
